Our history
Christina Owczarski is a people strategy and operations leader at the intersection of business strategy and talent operations. An experienced Chief People Officer in NYC working with companies building high performing work cultures, she developed a sweet spot for implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies, using behavioral science to develop value driven cultures and embedding talent optimization into the DNA of an organization. Christina is experienced in leading organizations through growth and change including global operations and being on both sides of an M&A process. Christina founded XY Strategies to partner with companies to build the best workplaces.
